Tuition:

One class per week:
$405 per year, $202.50 per semester, $45 per month

Two classes per week:
$765 per year, $382.50 per semester, $85 per month

Three classes per week:
$1125 per year, $562.50, $125 per month

Dance Team Rates and rates for more than 3 classes per week available upon request.

Registration Fee:
$60 per child, $75 per family if more than one child is enrolled from the same immediate family.

Additional Expenses:
Proper shoes and dancewear.  DKSD will fit and order required shoes and dancewear for each class. Fittings will be done at registration on August 5, at our open house.  Our students will be required to purchase a class leotard at this time.

Recital Costume Expenses:
Approximately $70.00 per student per class. This fee does not include tights. They will be sold separately. Students are billed for one costume in each class they are enrolled. Some classes will do more than one routine and teachers will make every effort to either use a “2 in 1” costume which can be used for both routines. A second costume for a class is usually $25-$30 for classes who perform more than one routine. Dance Team usually has 3-4 costumes each year.  

A costume deposit of $35 is charged for every costume on your October bill and is due by Oct. 10 and the balance of $35 is billed in November, due Nov. 10. Additional expenses for classes performing more than one routine are calculated and billed in February.

Recital Fee:
$60.00 per family with students in the younger recital and $75 for those in the older/advanced recital, due January 10, 2006. This fee includes 2 tickets to the performance per family.  This fee covers scenery, audio recordings, recital staff, initial recital expenses and end-of-year awards for each student, ECT. Admission is charged at the door for recital.

Optional Expenses

Recital Photos:
Group and individual-will be taken in March in costume-$10-$25 for a CD of individual pictures of each child, this allows each person to have their own prints made and own all the pictures. A group picture may be purchased for $15 per group 5x7.

Recital Video:
A professional quality DVD will be available to students. The fee is $30. Our video company is Big Sky Productions.

Recital T-shirt:
A special shirt is designed for our recital and is sold for $21.40 per shirt.

Memory Book/Program:
Ad sales begin February 1 and end March 10, 2007.  This is the absolute deadline-any ads received after this date will not be eligible for any awards. Memory books can be ordered for $25.00.
