Classes will be limited to students assigned to that class.  Parents, please bring students to class, leave them, and return to pick them up at the end of the class.

Observers will not be allowed in the class. Special exceptions might be made for grandparents visiting from out of town.

Parents of new pre-schoolers may stay in the classroom for the first 2 lessons to help their child feel more secure. Please prepare your child that you will be “letting” her stay in class with the teachers and her friends while you wait in the lobby with your friends. We ask that while your child is going through the adjustment period, you wait in the lobby the first few times to be sure she settles into class.

Please do not drop off your child more than 5 or 10 minutes before their class begins, unless prior arrangements have been made. Please be on time for pick up, teachers are not required to stay late for children who are not picked up on time. All students must be picked up within 10 minutes of class dismissal. Additional fees will be assessed if prompt pick up is not observed. If you will be later than 10 minutes for pick up, your child will be placed in our new “after dance” program.

Please make sure your child is properly dressed for class.  It is vital to each child’s progress to wear the assigned clothing and shoes.  NO STREET CLOTHES!!!! There is a dress code for all classes!  Students MUST dress in proper dance attire to participate in class.  This is for her safety as well as her progress.

ABSOLUTELY NO TOYS, GUM FOOD, DRINKS, OR CANDY ALLOWED IN CLASS!!!!!! Snacking must be done before or after class and is never allowed in a classroom.

Make sure your child goes to the restroom before class.

For the safety of all children, they will not be allowed to wait outside for you to pick them up! Stress to them the importance of waiting inside the building.

Please advise teachers of changes in pick up arrangements as soon as possible.

Please be aware of students coming out of the side door when you arrive for pick up.

The drive through is to be driven THROUGH. Do not get out of your car in the drive through!!!!!! We must avoid traffic pile ups on the highway. If you need to come into the building, please park and come in-do not block the drive!!!!!! This is for the safety of all our students and their families and keeps the traffic flowing so that others may pick up their children.
